- Freight Services Office (FSO) is a fully integrated database set of
applications and add-on modules for the Freight Services, Audit and
Logistics industry. The design of FSO incorporates system wide
policies and preferences that let you control how users will interact
with the program operations and which user's have rights to make
changes and additions to the various database tables.
FSO is currently being used by audit and logistics services companies to
process freight bills and plan shipping activity for over 150 Shippers doing business with over 1,100
Carriers nationwide.

- FSO Pre Audit and Payment

The Pre Audit and Payment module within the Freight Services
Office Suite includes all of the functionality to record and track
freight bills from carriers for your clients, manage the payments due
to each carrier and perform traffic and logistics analysis to help
reduce the shipping costs of your clients. This module is also
referred to as the Freight Analysis and Audit System or FAAS.
FAAS is one of the base modules within FSO. There are several add-on
modules that extend the functionality of pre-audit and payment services.

Routing Guides and Compliance Reporting - establish shipping
rules for client and vendor sites to reduce your client's costs |

specific carriers. These referrals are made as a part of
your logistics analysis to reduce your client's cost and / or
improve delivery performance. |

The Post Audit module within FSO is used to manage Over Charge
Claims that have been issued to carriers on behalf of your client
shippers..

- Routing Guides and Compliance

The Routing Guides and Compliance reporting module is an add-on
to the Pre-Audit and Payment base module. It provides all of the
functionality to establish rules to be followed for shipments made
from various client and vendor sites and analysis reporting to
determine when these rules have been observed or violated.

- Carrier Referral Administration

The Carrier Referral Administration module is a base module
within FSO. It is used to manage referral fees due from carriers
that have made shipments on behalf of various clients that you have
referred to them. When the Pre-Audit and Payment module has been
licensed along with the Referral Administration module, then freight
bills that has been entered into the Pre Audit tables can be
automatically included within the statements that are prepared for
those carriers having referral contracts on file.
